This summer he has became sort of an indoor cat. Last summer he would only come back for food and leave for up to three days . This summer he has stayed inside the house and only goes to the backyard .in the summer he stays outside because he is a night cat lol but today I let him inside picked him up put him down and gave him food he sat there then did that "cat squat thing" like if he was about to catch a small animal and he just started meowing really loudly like if he was in pain.we touched him gently to see if he had any pain on his body . It didnt seem like if he was in any kind of pain. The loud meowing lasted for about 2 minutes. After that he got up and started to walk like normal. He is a 4 year old neutered male
