If so how many?
i need more protein in my diet to build muscle and i don't trust all those protein drinks and powder drinks or whatever
should i drink them after i work out or before i work out? or both?
what is the best method of drinking them?

Before. Eggs are a slow releasing protein, you ideally want a fast releasing protein post-workout without fat to slow down digestion. Chocolate milkshake is an ideal thing to have post-workout, plenty of simple carbs in it to speed up recovery.
If you're gonna drink them raw it's safe to make sure that the hens they are from are salmonella vaccinated, as it's a risk. Whether you drink them raw or have them boiled/poached makes no difference to the nutrition.
Raw Eggs After Workout
actually it is risky eating raw eggs, the risk is due to Salmonella but anyway you add it or drink it will be the same a safer alternative is hard boiled eggs with this you can also control the amount of fat consumed the yellow part of the egg is pure fat when I used to train i would eat three hard boiled eggs but only one yolk this way i could get the benefits of the protein without as much cholesterol the benefits of eggs are the proteins but in order to absorb protein into your system you need a little fat which contains the amino acids for absorption the best time to take this is in the morning or an hour before working out
first of all drinking raw eggs continuously would surely give u a salmonella food poisoning.. So dont go for raw eggs.. Go for boiled eggs..
Each boiled egg white would approx have 7 gms of pure protein..
U r body would need around 1/5-2 gms /kg of body to build mass. also dont blindly go on proteins..

i've never drank raw eggs, but my friend always does. he does about 2 or 3 eggs, all in a glass with some milk, after he works out.
You don't need too.. theres a simpler way.
Eat carbs before you work out, and after you work out have protien. An idea for before your workout is maybe some brown rice, and after a small steak or a piece of chicken
