Sorry, but the word "common" indicates that most people would possess it. It can't be a super power if most people have it. It would be an ordinary power.
Unfortunately, it seems that the level of common sense seems to be dwindling with the newest generation. Ideas or simple observations that were once easily understood now seem to completely baffle many younger people.
I blame electronic entertainment for reducing the levels of common sense that people once had. Children aren't compelled to contemplate the world around them and grow up missing things that were once obvious to previous generations.
Yes--because today, so few have possess it. Another option is not to reclassify it as a superpower, just rename it: uncommon sense. Then, those of us who have it, would appear unique.
