Pain in my leg - dont know what to do with it?
ive taken painkillers but nothing ever happens. i have a gripping pain from my waist below of muscle, it burns yet there is a cold feeling as if water is running down it. i get pins and needles but after all of that its totally pain full. painkillers, gels and heat warmers etc doesn't work massage doesn't work. heating/ice doesn't work, neither does my cross trainer. supporting it doesn't help. my doctor gave me tablets but they don't work plz help thank you
