I guess my reaction is that I'm concerned. I kind of think fast food restaurants are responsible for the health of Americans (the poor health), but they're animals (we all are) and can't choose healthily for themselves.

I'm not really big on judging, because really we all have our own flaws. I do find it ironic though that they are getting a big mac, large fry, and a diet coke. As if they think drinking a diet coke is going to make the meal they eat any more healthy. Really they are just hurting themselves. Not only do they make life harder to live, they make living a lot harder too. I'd rather say no to fast food than get laughed at and die when I'm 50.

i'm overweight myself ,not obese

& i know the food is unhealthy and i still eat it

& the people who are obese knows that the food is unhealthy and they still insist on getting it & they know it's not good for them

so there is no need to judge them cause they already know what they are doing. so if i do see someone i don't judge them. they could be ordering for there whole family or friends and they are the only ones there. so it's never good to judge

but atleast they ordered a diet coke

I don't care about a diet coke, some people just don't like the overly sweet taste of high fructose corn syrup, so they get diet. no big deal.

fat people in general should really avoid big macs, I mean c'mon, ya don't have to super size every time--learn to cut back already!!

People judge, it's how we've survived for thousands of years.

But yes, that does seem like a paradox to me, and I'd think about it.

Besides, diet sodas are usually worse for you than regular soda. I don't drink much of either anymore, and I feel so much healthier for it.

In my mind i might think 'wow that person must be here a lot', but its really none of my business, & not my right to judge others.

Treat others how you would like to be treated & all that, lol.
