I lived in FL, and had a permit there. I joined the USMC and now I am stationed in California. So basically from now on I'm basically going to be in an endless loop of not having a real residency. So I can't obtain a drivers license. I tried contacting the Cali DMV, but they just brushed it off. Since they seemed really confused on how to solve the problem. Any help? I just want to drive legally.
