for three days straight i have got a nose bleed during the process of washing my face. not a heavy nose bleed but a small one. and it seems to only come out the right nostril every time. i am a rugby player but have not got any hits to the head. and right now its just practice for rugby since the season hasn't started. as well for the past week i have had a cold with a soar throat and i have been blowing my nose frequently, could that be it?
