If the power is getting to it, and it is still cold then the internal heater element has burnt out, they can be expensive to replace, I just got a new unit and put that in it's place, any one good at DIY could do it, power off, water off, spanners and screw drivers to take it off the wall and refit another one. Easy if you get the same model, the fittings will be the same.
I dont know if you mean America or Britain or where ? Its always helpfull to say so. If you are talking about Britain its very dangerous and illegal to mess about with electric items in a bathroom or a kitchen. Please just phone a contracter. Not an odd job man,but a qualified tradesman.

Electric Shower Cold
Do you mean you have an electric tank-less water heater? If so check the temperature settings and if they are fine call a repair person to fix it.
If that is not what you mean then please tell us what you mean by an electric shower.
Either the fuse has tripped, or the heater has burnt out. Make sure the fuse is a 30 amp rating .

The element has gone, just replace with one of the same rating, you can get them at B&Q for around £55-65, all you have to do is fit it
It wont be cost effective. I think you will find it cheaper to get a new shower.
WTF is an electric shower?
