anyway, try to do this.
Go to Start>Run>type msconfig.Enter.Select the start-up tab. Expand the details. Look for the m3plugin.dll. Uncheck the box. Click apply and restart your pc.
.dll files are importent depending on where they came from. I do not remember seeing it as a windows have to have file. You may have a crupted file that is still being search for by your computer. You may need to either reinstall the program it came from or you may want to run a couple trial regcleaners to get rid of it.
www.us-webs.com has a few that work. Click download and search for any of the regcleaners. Its a legit site. My dad runs it.
