I have a VERY small software company. My clients number in less than 50. I have been doing business without a LLC, and would like to get one.

I know the actual LLC registration cost is about $50, however there is something about a Registered Agent.

Should I act as my own Registered Agent? If I shouldnt, how affordable are registered agents.

Any recomendations about LLC formation are welcome. Please try to keep this as affordable as possible and list any possible costs.
