Ok i have been fat my entire life (honestly) and i have tried a dozen diets but they didnt work. And im on a diet now and i cheated BIG time 3x by eating bad foods. But yet i workout everyday. And now it feels like i might as well go back to school being fat and i might as well just give up and continue my life this way even though i dont want to. because my weight has held me back from doing alot of things that i really want to do.

1) cheating doesnt help
2) its not just solely what foods you eat its CONSUMPTION. you can eat fruits and veggies but if you eat a ton of those you will not loose weight.
3) To loose weight you have to work off more than you take in. Keep track of your calories so you know your intake. Then when you workout do enough so that you burn more than you intake. If your workout is not really a workout that will also affect it.
Your going to have to push yourself.
