Well it might just be an infection like syphilis,you probaby experienced an injury in your vagina and probaby also experienced a swollen or inflatted lymph node around the clitoris....most times when you have such situation you pee out blood or it hurts when u pee.You should go see a doctor for some medication.
its possible that you have peed to hard or fast and made the opening to your urethra sore (the hole in the end of your dick) control the flow for a couple of days and the burning sensation will go away

cystitis? I'd say drink lots and lots of water. Even though this sounds like a bad idea, this will help to relieve the pain.
Does it happen all the time you pee? it might be an ifnection, or you might not be keeping yourself clean.
