I'm not sure I completely understand the question but in several circumstances she can be, yes.
Unfortunately due to a number of 'gaps' in employment laws, some employees have few rights, such as those employed by agencies and those who don't sign a contract.
If neither of these are the case, the best course of action would be to raise a grievance with her employer and seek advice from an organisation such as the Citizen's Advice Buraux (free)
The probation time is 3 months. She can be fired for literally no reason. My aunt got fired because she was pregnant and puking sometimes in the washroom, I guess some people ratted her out and they fired her. If she worked there for over 3 months, that DEFINITELY would not have happened.
Despite your question not quite making sense (remove what?), most employment in the US is "At Will," meaning one can be fired for any reason that does not discriminate against anyone of protected status (that is, you can't be fired for race, sex, or religion).
remove what? her self? a peircing? If the company has a introdutory/probation period, yes they can terminate an employee before that time is up for no reason at all.
If you mean relocate or move from one place of employment to another in a different area and when they asked and she refused to relocate, then they are within their rights to fire her

Two weeks is usually the probationary period for every workplace.
Your daughter should also know proper work ethics, such as, what to wear and what not, what's appropriate and what's not.
And, to remove what? Your question is incomprehensible.

You can always be fired from a job, even though it is unlikely if you work hard. And anything is possible with an unstable economy.

No matter the situation, a company does not have to have a reason to terminate anyone, there is no law that says you cant either
I hope your daughter is able to write English. Pity about her mother. What the hell are you talking about?
