So far I've had:
~ 1 Banana
~ A mini (100 calorie, 1.5" x 1"ish) raw rev. cashew and agave nectar bar, ingredients: cashew, dates, agave nectar, almond, sprouted flax
~ Salad w/ 1 tomato, scallions, small piece of avocado and orange pepper, w/ basil, olive oil, and parsley
That's what i've had so far. I'm probably going to have:
~ Raw corn on the cob
~ A piece of fruit of some sort
~ 1/2 avocado dip w/ peppers, cucumber and celery
~ probably something else, not sure yet.
I am a raw vegan.
