You need to add weight training into that routine. Weight training builds lean muscle and lean muscle burns fat (even in your sleep).
You also don't mention how/what you are eating.
The key to losing weight is less calories in (food) and more calories out (exercise).
Edited to add - use household items - 5lb bags of sugar or flour in a grocery bag for example
It sounds good.
If you don't have any access to resistance machines try adding weight when you run by using a back-pack and putting weights inside.
P.S Don't be discouraged if you don't make huge weight drops every week you should only be losing around 2lbs a week. And that should be all fat.
Use a prgress chart like this to track your weight loss.
(This is one taken from mine)
Week 4:
Weight = 168lbs
Body fat % = 18.9%
Body fat weight = 31.9lbs
LBM = 137.1 lbs.
Use an Accumeasure 3000 to measure fat %.
Just thought I would add some extra tips haha...
weight lift for 45 min two muscle groups per day and then run for 30 min and diet and you will lose the weight my frind was 235 now 185 lbs
would not sound like she's pregnant. in step with risk she is stresses out. Or on the greater extreme area she could have an eating affliction because she is dropping lots weight so immediately.
Yes, I lost a lot of weight running like that. Weight training won't be too bad either. It doesn't even have to be a lot.
Sounds good, also try to add in some weight resistance exercises as well.
Are you doing the situps daily? yes is sounds good, make sure you warm up and warm down. you could get a skipping rope... that gets the heart pumping..
