Is this a good steady work out to lose weight?

Monday, wednesday, friday - 30 min running and 20 min walking

Tuesday, Thursdays - 20 min running 30 min walking.

10 push ups, 50 crunches, and side planks for like a min and 30 5x

I'm like about 210 trying to go down to atleast between 190 - 185.

Any advice on what to add in? Please and thank you.

Update:

Also I dont have any weight training equipment and I cant go to a gym. All I have is my body....I know it sounds dumb if I had a job now I would buy some equipment but Any body workouts will help, right?
