Basically, I found a furry doll maker online and thought it would be a better idea, seeing as I cant draw to save my life.
Basically she is an orange fox with black hair and blue eyes wearing red denim dungarees, and pink and red trainers, she wears a pink alice band and a red bow at the front by her right ear. I dont want her name to be stolen so I wont use it here. I wrote: She is my furry. She has black hair with an alice band in it, and at the front a cute red bow. The alice band, bow and dungarees represent how childish I am on the inside. ahd she is a fox, which shows that when I need to be I can be cunning. And also, brave and quick.
Have I got the whole Furry thing right or have I got it completely wrong.
Any negative crap keep to yourself.

Are you talking about having a doll/model made of your fursona instead of getting a traditional character reference sheet? If so, I think that's a fantastic idea because you can use video or an animated gif, or the doll in person such as at a furry convention when talking with an artist, to show the artist in full 3D what your character is supposed to look like.
If you're talking about the quality of your textual description in order to have a doll made, I would recommend you use that to get a commission or regular character reference sheet done before having the doll made. That's because corrections and alterations can be done far more easily on a 2D piece of artwork than asking for corrections or changes on a doll, model, sculpture, etc. Get it right on paper and you can have more confidence that the artist will get the doll accurate to your description.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by getting "the whole furry thing right", but really there is no right or wrong way to be a furry, participate in the fandom, make a fursona, and get artwork done. There may be more common ways, but the unusual ways can work just as well. Your fursona sounds totally cute!
If your willing to confine your design to the very limited fields that a doll maker (I don't think Sky understood what you meant by that, if I'm correct than your referring to a flash-based dress up program) provides, than its fine. I wouldn't recommend it myself because of the very limited design specifications programs like it have, but if you really identify with this character you created using it, then that's totally up to you.
Also, just as we change as we get older and learn new things, a fursona often will shift in design or change completely as you get to know it. So that's something to keep in mind.
As for if you have the idea right, I'd say you have it spot on. Your fursona has a lot of design elements that can help make it unique and represents your personality well, as best i can tell. There are lots of furry artists out there willing to draw your fursona for you, usually for a little bit of money. I'd recommend buying a ref sheet from one of them as your next step now that you have a fursona. You can look to see if you have a meet up group in your aria, or join a furry website like Furry4Life or FurAffinity.
