When Andhra state began to function separately from the erstwhile madras state, it is said that new andhra state was headed by one chief minister and also by another chief minister in hydrabad.
i think when shri Ramakrishna Rao was the chief minister of hydrabad, shri T.prakasam was the chief minister of newly formed andhra with the h.q. kurnool. Then, after hydrabad action by the home minister sardar vallbai patel, the hydrabad became the capital.
