This planet is the garbage can of this specific sector of the galaxy, it is going to take some serious work to go to a better place. It is sort of a prison planet so you cant just fly out there hey guys!! wow, we did not know we had neighbours! What's up?
But since no one is aware of this, they keep sending out little brick a brack spaceships to Mars and the Moon of all places. Do they not get the point?
Why do they think that every attempt to gather information is mysteriously destroyed or magically disapears or is disabled?
We have some work to do in this planet, like finding out who we are and how we got here, and I dont mean the bs darwinian 'man to mud' theory.
But if we do it, if we do this 'work' we will know what we need to know to move onto the next level and conquer the universe, first we have to stop playing some of the aberrated games we are playing in this planet.
It is possible that when our body dies our soul leaves the world to go to a slightly better place. Bear that in mind when deciding on the choice between a good decision and a bad one. If we do go somewhere else; there may be consequences.
Spiritually? Perhaps when we leave this body behind and continue on with the journey of the soul, which is exactly the same state we're enduring now, isn't it?
So, who says it would be better somewhere else if already we can't develop our personal skills and character to deal with what we have to here? We live in reality, not in fantasy.
In fantasy we can escape to anywhere in any form, but it can lead to dangerous mental delusions as it conflicts with our inescapable reality.
We could love fantasy and hate reality, and try and escape more and more and more, till eventually we become incapable of relating to our environment, our communities, and ourselves.
I think it best to find a way of being real, right now, right here, at any point in time and place, even if it hurts and we wish (fantasy?) we could just wave a magic wand (fantasy?) and live happily ever after (fantasy?). Real life is simply, just not like that.
See, this is the kind of things that probably lead people to start abusing substances/drugs. Why are we so desperate to leave this world anyway, knowing full well that it is impossible? The world is as good or as bad as we make it. Deal with it. Take it a day at a time. Be philosophical about it. And please, please, do not make it worse by taking drugs and stuff, or kill yourself, or do anything without thinking.
yes. remember our world is made-up of individuals. if you can have a lasting positive affect on just one person the world is a better place for you having been here. following are some guidelines that i jotted down from a book i read some years ago. sorry to the author. no names.oops.-----never allow anyone to intimidate you.---never hesitate to do what you think is right.---stay humble.---stay on your toes.---never start a fight.---hit first hit hard.---a minute of anger denies you 60 seconds of happiness.---become the worlds most thoughtful friend.---let your word be your bond.---cruel words deeply hurt.---loving words quickly heal.---a successful future begins right now.---watch your language.--- watch your weight.---watch your back.---be innovative.---be passionate.--- be commited.---be prudent.---be positive.---be polite.---don't be so open minded that your brains fall out.---create and maintain a peaceful home.---remember that the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.---offer hope.---sing in the shower.-----good luck mb
one drop will not make any difference to the world,if at all it would, it would be negligible, but at the same time it would make a difference to one person n world would b a better place for him.
yes, i believe it is. howvever, i think it's more likely we don't.
the saying goes "you borrow the world from your children" i.e. you should leave the world in the state you would have liked to have found it. (kinda like renting a flat)
however, i'm not planning on having children, nor do I particulally get on with any of my past landlords, so in any case, I prefer to leave an empty smoking hole.

Personally? Not without taking your body with.

I hope this provides a drop of insight.
As soon as I leave this world it will be a slightly better place :-)

yes it's possible, once someone makes the world slightly better, three more people makes it slightly worser at the same time.

We see it is possible to leave the planet, so define this better place.

Of course, i'm being sarcastic. ;-P
