Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 finished airing on September 28, 2008. There is no such thing as Code Geass R3. The two seasons, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, total 50 episodes and cover the entire manga. There will never be another season of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
However, they did make an alternate series of Code Geass called Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. Its set in the time of Zero, but does not follow Lelouch and instead follows a new character named Akito.
