Negative. I saw on the web the same rumor. I did some searching and Stephen Tyler's official statement was "no".
It's just a slow news day turned into misinformation. News sources are known to "feed the hype".
No just Joe and steven haven't been speaking so thats why there are rumors going around that they are.
