Technically, it isn't a period. But many women do report bleeding during their first trimester - sometimes enough that they assume they're not pregnant.
Oh yes,thinking you are pregnant does not actually make you pregnant.So you normal period will continue,However due to false tension of pregnancy which may induce some form of stress it may be affected.Eg light,heavy,shorter.
In a case where you are really pregnant no blood is supposed to come from down there o normal instance.you should visit a doc.
i heard persons saying that they continued having their period but i cant tell you this from experience. For sure you will have some spotting when there is implantation, and yes campings are present. Try a pregnancy test - it is the best way to know!
