I don't have a debit nor credit card at the moment and would really like to steer away from getting one...
But I do have a lot, and I mean a LOT, of things to sell. So can I sell stuff on eBay, and have the purchase money stored on my account? Also can I use this stored money to buy other stuff off of eBay? I really want to keep it at that and probably won't have use for this money outside of the internet.
Thanks

In order to sell on Ebay you will have to register a credit card with Ebay. This is a security measure that they have.
In order to receive money in paypal you will have to register a bank account or credit card with Paypal. They want to make sure you are who you say you are.
So no, you can not sell on Ebay without a credit card /debit card.
There has probably never been a worse time to get started with eBay. Sellers have really taken a hit with their changes in terms. Not being able to leave buyer feedback has led to the deadbeat buyers having a field day. The seller fees have become quite high, too. And perhaps you have not heard of the risks to your money at PayPal, how they freeze accounts rather arbitrarily at times. Many people consider it a very bad idea to leave any money at all with PayPal, and advise you withdraw it as soon as it is available and never leave a balance. Check the links for more info. Craigslist is a free option that is really popular. Give that a try.
eBay requires that you have a credit or debit card on file before listing items for sale--it's a fraud prevention technique to try to prevent scammers from listing on the site.
eBay doesn't store money in it's account--you also have to have a Paypal Premier account to accept payment. For Paypal, you'd connect your bank account so you could transfer money to it.
Paypal is not a registered bank they are a payment service,
would you trust western union or some random money transfer to look after all your money. Not a good idea. Google Paypal to see some nice horror stories of dealing with them when there is a problem.
chances are you won't be able to get a full sellers Paypal acct without a credit card AND a bank acct attached to the Paypal acct
