i want to do the master cleanse for 40 days. first i need the whole cleanse what are the ingridients and how much of it. and also i dont need anyone telling me its not healthy or bla bla bla dont care. anyways i am gonna run once a day for about 20-30 minutes and will work out a lot at home. i wanna loose about 80-90 pounds do you think 40 days of this diet is gonna be enough for that or how many days do i need. do i actually need 80 days even if i am working out a lot. please help and thank u

I was just like you! Honestly, I couldn't get through a day. I felt like total ****. And I wouldn't do it for forty days, ten days tops if you really really want to. My aunt did it for twenty days and it barely did anything for her. Believe me, you won't have the energy to run if you do this, after twelve hours of starting it I was like hallucinating and i had a terrible head ache. It's like a drug, a bad one! I really wouldn't suggest this diet to anyone, and with me I ended up getting depressed that I couldn't handle it and gained twenty more pounds. What I am doing now is eating between 900 and 1,500 calories a day and excercising. I have lost almost five pounds in four days! This works so much better than any fasting! But if you really want to do a fast I suggest a two day one which will help you start and then do the 900-1,500 calorie and excercise thing. You will lose weight so fast, I am very surprised at my results in four days! But like you said you don't want any answers like what I just gave you so if you must, I suggest a ten day cleanse and the ingredients are lemon juice, pure grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water. If you do this then good luck! But I really recommend what I am doing, it's easier and the results are much better! :)
