The dentist i usually go to pulls teeth with out giving antibotics for the infection first! The last time i went for a bad tooth he hurt me pretty bad! and i am really scared to go to any dentist now but i need work done bad! but again i have no health insurance!

First, do not listen to the answer above. The only thing that was pulled out most likely was the crown, while the roots, that contain the infection are still there. See a sedation dentist for your gagging problem.
Second, insurance isn't everything, typically antibiotics are given because if the infection is really bad then it is very hard to get the area numb. Probably what happened. Not sure your location but an extraction can range from $150-$250 where I am. Ask about payment options through care credit. Ask for antibiotics, which will temporarily remove the infection and then save to get it pulled.
You don't always need antibiotics for dental infections. They are doctors and know when to give antibiotics and when not to. If you can't pay go to a dental clinic in a hospital, it is usually less expensive there.
Try calling the dentist to see if you can make payments every month, that way you can get your tooth fixed and still be able to afford it.
