The same verses that are taken out of the NIV are the same verses taken out of the Jehovah Witness Bible. It would take too long to explain why in an e-mail but the NIV is not the word of God and if you are open I will clearly show you like I have to other NIV readers that do not read that version anymore.
Update:My people perish for lack of knowledge
Update 3:Everybody read David Heisel's comments. Sounds angry and defensive. Why? That alone tells you
volumes.

Also true in the Living Translation. Many verses missing, and some, completely mistranslated. Even the King James Bible has many verses that are not accurate.
You are a fool, have you ever studied the earliest MSS extant copies? If you haven't, you have no ground to stand upon. KJV was done hundreds of years ago, long before we possessed many of the earliest copies, long before Rylands, long before, Chester Beatty, long before DSS's. Have you viewed the two earliest codices in their original greek? If not, you have no clue as to what you are talking about. You need a serious lesson in textual, form and source criticism before you decide to post your misguided views on here. Please do not perpetuate ignorance without educating yourself first.
The NIV does in fact include these verses they are just included as footnotes indicating that they do not appear in the earliest manuscripts.
