look i am a girl and a boy at that age looks good when they have a one or two pack a six looks ugly until your 18 or 19 year old. When you 15 try a four pack and when your 16 work out a lot harder
Well, my daughters (11 and 14) both have 6packs. My 14 yr old does intense gymnastics (17 hrs a week) and running, and works out in her free time. My 11yr old does Tae kwon do and bikes 9 miles daily and works out in her free time. By the way, my children ask for this, I do not force this AT ALL. Anyways, the best/easiest way to get a 6 pack is push ups (real push ups, not easy push ups OR woman push ups, this means back straight, arms parallel to shoulders) crunches (NOT sit ups) and leg raises. Also cardio is necessary, I would say running/jogging/walking 3 miles, Biking 9 miles , swimming 1 mile, or rollerblading 4 miles. Protein is also very important in gaining muscles, before and after each work-out, protein should be eaten, or the muscles will break down.
An example schedule:
Monday: 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, then another 30 crunches and 30 leg raises, then 25 REAL push ups (My daughters usually do 50 c, 50 l r, 30 c, 30 l r, 20 c, 20 lr; move up through the weeks)
Tuesday: Cardio exercises (any stated above)
Wednesday: Same as monday
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Same as Monday
Sat+Sun: Free days :)
If he does baseball, basket ball, soccer, etc. it does not substitute a day's exercises!!
Even after all of this, he still may not have a 6 pack, it's partly genes!
Lol, I had 6 pack abs at that age because my dad tickled me a lot. For that very reason in fact, which I am very appreciative of. If that isn't going to happen for you then just do crunches and leg raises.
you certainly would desire to do activities that use your finished physique. that's going to enable you to construct up an prolonged-term healthful physique. do not in basic terms do crunches at domicile. bypass outdoors and play activities with your friends. I completely comprehend the peer rigidity, finding cool, displaying off your physique in summer season and stuff like that, yet 13 is in basic terms too youthful for doing some thing in basic terms to enhance the muscle length. in case you utilize your finished physique top and build the inspiration once you're youthful, then you definately gets an spectacular healthful physique once you become old. (it fairly is in basic terms my opinion, yet 13 year. old boy + Abs = kinda gross....)
Start working out. =] But honestly, don't worry about that now. You have more than that to worry about. Worry about that when you are in high school, now middle school. But you should definitely start working out now so when you start working out more, you have already gotten used to it.
