In short the answer is No.
I really hope that you guys think really hard about this before you do anything. Any time that you have sex you have the chance of becoming pregnant. Doing it without protection is a huge way to make this happen faster. If you are not ready for the responsibility of parenthood yet then you need to give this a good hard look.
Do you think your gf wants to be a mother after her first time? Are you ready to be a father?
The best way would be to wait until you are ready ;)
A condom on its own is not guaranteed.

RE:
How to prevent pregnancy without using a condom or any pill.?

Why do guys always want to have sex "their way" (without a condom) ? They always expect we women to do what it takes to stay safe and prevent pregnancy. For once why can't you respect her wishes and just put a damn condom on. Putting a condom on doesn't affect your hormones or physical being like a birth control pill might.
But to answer your question (and to protect against an accidental pregnancy), she can always request a low dose BC pill that shouldn't make her gain weight. Also, missing her period is not a bad thing. The pills that do that prevent the lining from building up in her cervix which causes the periods. No lining, no period, so there's no real harm to missing her period.
How To Prevent Pregnancy
Theres usually side effects from taking the pill, having sex without use of a condom is NOT a smart move if your looking to keep her from getting pregnant.
You both sound very young and naive, and unless and until your BOTH ready for an unplanned pregnancy I would hold off a bit.
Ok, well it sounds as if you're both quite young and shouldn't be having sex. But if you are still planning on it then you need to be educated. Why not use a condom? Is it simply for the feel? If that's so then she had better be on the pill, patch, ring, or shot. If you don't use any of those then you are setting yourself up to get pregnant. The "pull out" method or the rhythm method are practically using nothing at all and you're just leaving it up to chance. Next your gf needs educated as well. Yes she will have hormonal changes, most women feel there are good changes in their periods (shorter, lighter, less cramping) but not completely missing it all together. I also had a a positive effect in my skin, less acne. As far as weight gain that's debatable. I took the pill and then the patch for about 7 years and had no problems with that. Good Luck to you both and make sure to get the info before making a big decision.
I was on the pill and i didnt get fat or miss my periods.
Everyone is different some girls get side effects from the pill and some dont.
Some pills also help like make periods lighter and quicker, and also clear up bad skin.
If one pill makes your gilrfriend get bad side effects you can try another one.
Tell her to talk to her doctor.
Are you sure she wants to have sex?
Maybe you will have to use a condom
Hope this helped.
Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info/
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.
only one word for that....abstinence. if you rule out a condom and pill...she will be at risk of pregnancy big time.
there is a thing called a nouvra ring or something like that..you can get it off youre local gp. the girl puts it up inside her and it keeps her safe foe a month. however i strongle advise a condom..because of infections ect.
