Wll its usually greasy food and chocolates (well thats what gives me more pimples). But also if you have naturally greasy skin, you need to wash your face with soap 2/3 times a day or else you will get pimples.

Well i guess if u eat greasy food and if u dont watch ur hands before washing your face it could affect more pimples to grow but i think to much oily food does
