I used to be 5'5 130lbs. I'm not like "overwieght" but definitely a bit chubby ,so I decided to lose weight.
I lost 32lbs in half a year,so now I'm 98lbs
I'm really afraid to gain weight and become heavy again so I eat only lunch and only vegetables
I know it's really unhealthy but I'm just scared to eat more
I go to the gym I run for3 hours everyday so my weight is going lower and lower
what's worse is whenever I have meals wuth my parents , I'm forced to eat much more then I usually eat, and after I eat I just can't help but throw up It also happens when I have cravings
I know I should tell my parents about my problem but I'm in an asian family and both my parents are really narrow-minded so seeing a doctor is also not a good choice
I not only want to be thin but also be healthy please tell me what to do to still maintan my weight but live in a healthier way

Get into the mindset that it is quality not quantity which creates a healthy diet. Just break it down into breakfast lunch and dinner, have a good portion of veg and meat and keep the carbs under control. Lots of nuts and herbal teas and things.
You can then eat hearty meals, both satisfying and nutritious and due to your workout schedule you will achieve better muscle tone and endurance, altogether a more effective human being.
