How Tall Are People in Mexico City?
I am a pretty short guy (5'7").
This may seem kind of silly, but I am moving to Mexico in part because people are closer to my height there (I also got a job there, but I received job offers in a few other countries as well). I currently live somewhere where people are much taller, and it is debilitating. I already know Spanish. I used to live somewhere where people were much shorter (Vietnam), and my quality of life, even if just perception, was much better. Look up "heightism" - it is real, it does exist, and it bothers me daily.
According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_height), the average Mexican man is my height. But I'm wondering if this differs in Mexico City (Distrito Federal): is the average people taller than the average Mexican there, because of immigrants, expats, etc?
Please don't tell me to just "accept my height" or something like that. Honest answers appreciated, 10 pts. Are Mexico City Mexicans taller than regular Mexicans- yes or no?

I've been to Mexico and they are SHORT I am 5'3 and I'm a giant compared to the girls and the stalls and bathrooms are really short and little but the guys seem to be taller and yes they are around your height some are really short others are pretty tall so it depends but I know most girls there are short.
