very good!! it sounds like by your mile time that you will do best with middle distance like the mile and 800. but that doesn't mean your 5k wont be successful. just keep working hard and make sure you run plenty of miles in the off season to build endurance, that will defiantly help you with the longer stuff! keep at it and good luck!
dude if you keep that up and increase your time a little by the time you get to high school you'll be running varsity and u might even get a a scholarship to college cuz thats amazing if you have only been running 3 months i have been running since 4 grade and my fastest mile is like a 5 23 fastest 2 mile like a 10 45 and a 3 mile was like a 20 07 but i have been injured so i am just getting backand i also run half marathons and marathons so in my eyes you are a very good runner
that's really good! but if you've been running on a stress fracture, you need to take a couple weeks off, sorry. if you keep running on it, you'll make it wayyy worse so take care of it!
If your a gril your 5K is pretty good. so you've been running for ONLY 3 months? well, your great.
mile time is quite good, but the 5k needs work
That is excellent!!! Good for you and keep up the great work!
