Now there really isn't a way to diagnose you based on the information you've given. Hypersexuality can be a result of several possible diagnosis. For example, a bi-polar person while in a manic phase can be hypersexual. You could have a impulse control issue, OCD or any number of other things. All of which could explain what is happening and guide effective treatment.

Now, I tend to disagree with responses like "dark matter" in that I don't view medical doctors as the end-all be-all resource for all things that deal with humans. They do know the body...physiology, but their understanding and training in psychology is incredibly limited. I think in med school they get like one semester of psychology training and it is usually in their first year when they are completely stressed about all the other classes they are taking that are more relevant to their field so...all things considered...their ability to retain the limited knowledge they learn about psychology is crippled. You would probably be better served seeing a psychologist. Not just any random found in the yellow pages one, but one that specializes in sexual disorders. If you are in Minnesota, I could recommend several good ones. Now a psychologist may recommend medication to help, but for that you would want to see a psychiatrist, not a primary care doc. Psychiatrists are medical doctors that specialize in psychiatric medication. So they would find you the most effective medication the quickest. Keep in mind, medication generally just helps you get to a point where you can work to resolve the issue more effectively with therapy.

You will need to see a doctor to find out if you have some psychological disorder or if something is wrong with you physiologically (like if your hormones are out of wack or something like that). Once a behavior becomes a problem in your life and keeps you from doing other things or causes a lot of distress, it's usually considered a disorder so if you want help you will need to help of health professionals to figure out why you masturbate so much.

You may have this disorder but I forgot what it's called. Basically, it makes you want sex all the time and the only way to make it go away is to masturbate, but it's only temporary. Go to your gynocologist and ask him or her about it, because if you have it it can be treated.
