When I try to log out of g-mail on my work computer, it automatically re-enters my username and password again. This also happens with other websites that require sign in. I have tried deleting the browser history and also deactivating Auto Complete in Internet Options/Content. Is it possible that the company where I work installed something or enabled a feature that prohibits me from logging out?

Hi there,
I would recommend you to try and double check following.
Open Tool menu > Select Internet Options > Under General tab > Under Browsing history section > Press delete button
And make sure Form data, Passwords and Cookies has a tick on them, and then press delete
As of the former day, Firefox. because i became having some severe problems with information superhighway Explorer 7, and all and sundry had instructed me that Firefox became extra efficient. at the same time as i'd attempt to get carry of something, it does not artwork, and when I closed a window or yet another tab, it both iced over or closed. So I reported "what the hi" and tried it. Firefox is excellent!!. It imported all of my bookmarks. And it has extensions that no you may beat. It also would not provide up operating and close down when I close a tab or yet another window. in my opinion, and on account that information superhighway Explorer don't have those great extensions and has one of those great variety of insects, Firefox is the perfect.
I would delete the browsing history (tools>internet options) and make sure the box is ticked next to passwords
