Well, I have 2 budgies and im not completely sure what gender they are. One who I think is a female has a very light purplish cere and then the one I think is a male has a very light tanish cere almost white but a hint of tan . Please help me

Just the opposite: The males have more colorful or brighter cere's. The females have plainer white, off-white, or tan cere's which are not bright or colorful.
Males have blue nosterals. Females have white/tan.
Then tan one is a female, the one with purple is male. You had it backwards, I think.
