I believe this question has been asked before by others, but this one is a bit different since there is a little more history behind it. I have lived in Orlando since 2002, and I am having trouble making long lasting friendships here in Orlando. I work for a timeshare company, own my own house, am in a stable commited relationship, and over the years I have lived here I have made a few long lasting friendships, but all my old friends moved to a different part of florida!!!! I have attempted to make friends in other ways too, like at work, social scenes, in line at planet smoothie, and from my experiences it seems like the people I have met were trying to take advantage of me, or they just plain out lied about being my friend in the first place and they never call me again. What should I do? I am a nice, fun loving, animal lover who is a loyal and devoted friend.... I just can't seem to find anyone to be a loyal and devoted friend to.... HHHHEEEEELLLPPPP!!!
