I wear a size 1 and I am 5' 3" tall. I weigh around 100 lbs. Look, I'm not anorexic, I just want to get back into a 0 by the time school starts.
swimming is mandatory next year in PE and I am feeling a bit self conscious. I put on a couple pounds over the summer and would like to fit into a 0 again. Can anyone help me? I want to do this in a healthy way. I have 2 weeks.

Did you just go through puberty? Because if you did, chances are your hips got wider, and you may never be a 0 again. I hate to say that, but it may be the truth. Then again, I don't know your age. And PS- guys don't like girls that skinny. They like curves. So if your hips did get wider-Keep them!! You will be more attractive anyway!! :)

PS- If you are still persistent to lose a pant size try South Beach Diet Phase 1 & exercise everyday. It is healthy & it works!! But you can't cheat! At your size, you may lose it in a week
There is no healthy way to do that if you're not healthy yourself.
Your BMI is very underweight. You know how many girls would kill to be 5'3 and 100? I'm 5'2 and 125. I certainly would, and I don't even have that bad of a situation.

eat 1000 cals. a day eating nothing but fresh fruit veggies nuts and salmon..... nothing else... also do a 30 minute jog 6 days a week and exercise.. or try a juice cleanse ... drink apple, carrot, or green tee juice for a week and jog daily and u should lose some pounds
6 small meals a day.
drink (ur weight/2 in oz. of water)
and if u drink pop drink 1 oz of water for every 1 oz. of pop
