I rinse and wipe my coffee cup down after each use. Once in awhile I bring it home and wash it properly. If you use cream and sugar, plan to wash it more often.
The best way to clean a coffee cup is to use a bleach solution. You can soak the coffee cup in a solution of a small amount of bleach with water and let it soak until all the coffee is gone and then you can wipe around the coffee cup with a rag. That should do it.
I wouldn't suggest baby wipes. Why not buy a small plastic travel bottle and put some dish soap in it and give the cup a wash before putting it back in your locker. You could even use the soap from the dispenser in the washroom with a small sponge or paper towel.
Rinse well in hot water then dry thoroughly before putting it away.
No, that can poison you, lol n it'll taste like mixed in baby wipes. Take some ditergent to school, clean it with hot water and napkins, and if there's no hot water scrub really good.
Fill your sink with very heat water and upload a pair of million/4 cup of bleach, permit the cups soak for a pair of a million/2 hour and then wash and rinse them thoroughly. this could eliminate the stains and make your sink intense-high quality and glossy sparkling.

Good luck!
Taking it to the bathroom and using soap would work also. Baby wipes will wipe off the top junk, but occasionally it will need a good washing.

Rinse it with water. Baby wipes are going to leave more chemicals than they will clean.
keep a weak bleach and soap mixture in your locker and clean in rest room
