Help with a pet squirrel who is choking/wheezing or sneezing!?
We have a pet squirrel that we saved. He is about four weeks old and was drinking the formula too fast from the dropper. He is coughing or choking. The milk seems to be in his lungs. What can we do about this?
first of all, hes probably a little young for water if he is still taking formula. and second of all, DONT give it fruits and veggies... squirrels may eat a tiny amount of those, but its not in thier diet. also fruits can upset thier stomache if they are not able to digest other foods yet. hold him upside down when he starts sneezing. upside down with his head towards the ground and his butt in the air, and wipe his nose. he'll be fine, just dont feed him too fast. the hole in the nipple might be too big, just keep practicing, you'll do fine.

I advise you give him water and let him drink it down. If that doesn't help then Take him to the vet. Also give him fruits and veggies.
