How can I create a site that will allow users to create their own profiles onsite?
In other words, I'm not looking for someone else's networking program, I want to create my own. Is there an opensource template out there? What HTML would I be able to use or would I have to use another programming language? Sites with tutorials would be very helpful!:)
Update:I also already have hosting with Godaddy.com, who has MySQL, but I don't know how to use that in order to do what I want, including allow users to be able to put up photos on their profiles.

But for this you will need lots of web space to store the data about your users.
you can get Templates and Tutorials by just searching over the internet using Yahoo Search or Google search.
