average acceleration = change in speed / time taken
= 6 m/s / 2s
= 3 m/s^2
F = ma
= 0.200 x 3
= 0.600 N
So 0.6 newtons of force was exerted on the hockey puck in the direction of its movement.
For every force there is an equal and opposite reaction. So the hockey puck exerted a force of 0.6N on the stick but in the opposite direction.
