Yes. There is a girl whose online journal I have been following for several years, so I only know her and communicate with her on that basis. Right now, she's on an internship in NYC prior to starting her college junior year this fall. She is highly intelligent, pretty, slightly insecure, and a totally interesting person to me. I would love to meet her in person someday, even though that doesn't seem too likely.
Also, for someone else I felt connected to but never met, I felt sad when Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, died -- does that count?
If we are talking about someone of the opposite gender,then...
Attraction maybe. Infatuation, possibly. But feeling? I mean real feeling for someone you know nothing about? Hard to believe and I personally have never felt that way about someone I have never met.
If someone had such feelings, I would say that their imagination of the person has exceeded reality. And, when/if they met the person, they would most likely be disappointed.
However, if we are not talking about someone of the opposite gender, rather a different kind of feels... then yea that is possible. I've never met God in person, but the feelings run deep.
That is how my Lady Love and I started out in our relationship. We met online, and have progressed to the point where we will be planning a wedding day in the near future.
well, one of my best friends i met online when i was 16.. met him with my husband when i was 22... divorced my husband when i was 25.... wish me and best friend lived on same continent, but alas, its all good.. my man is my bestest friend ever, the rest can go to hadies... but, he's still a great friend of mine, known him for over 10 years and thats a nice connection... i am sure we're soul mates, but it will never be,... but no regrets... i am madly in love with my life partner, even my soul mate cant break that
Ive always thought that theres someone out there whom I dont know yet that we will meet someday and we would realize that weve had a common connection with something we both understand.
Yup it is a very strong bond ive developed with my close boy mate who will soon become a boyfriend as we have both admitted our likeness for one another but haven't gone that far yet.. I talk to him on the phone everyday and i feel so close to him even though he's far away :) xx
You know, I'm not the shortest person in the world ........ but this question went right over my head.
I lost my best friend 2 months ago and nobody is willing to help me find him. He is 5'0", with a blue denim jacket, white shirt, blue khaki shorts and white air force 1s. Please Help!
I thought John Wayne was cool. And I really like Ron Reagan. Tony Snow was a good one, so was Capt. Kangaroo. I was concerend when Walt Disney died. I would of liked to have me Mark Twain, and my paternal grandfather.

yes, I think that is possible. There are energies around us all, and sometimes there is a natural connection between people.
