Has the NFL quarterback talk officially shifted from Brady/Manning to Brees/Rodgers?
Update:
Some of you seem confused, Im not trying to say that Brady and Manning arent good QBs and Rodgers and Brees are better Im just wondering if all the talk about them has simmered down.
Yes, as of now. Manning was hurt last year, so he couldn't be in comparrison with anyone at the time. Brees and Rodgers were the top 2 QBs of last season, making that argument grow stronger than the Manning/Brady argument. Even on here there's more questions like: Who's better Rodgers or Brees? Than Who's better Manning or Brady? questions. Manning won't perform at his best coming off a neck injury, so I think it's gonna stay Rodgers/Brees or even Rodgers/Brees/Brady.
Well the thing about the Brees/Rodgers discussions is that they are talking about which one is the best in the league. The Brady/Manning discussions were about which one is the best in the league AND which one was better All-Time. If Brady and Manning had to pass the torch down to any 2 quarterbacks in the league, it should definitely be Brees and Rodgers.
Although Brees' shouldn't be in this discussion since his 2011 season was pretty awful along with the fact that he's a product of a phenomenal offensive line that allows for 5 receivers to be on the field at one time.
That was just last year, because Peyton was hurt. Peyton and Tom are still great and are superbowl contenders. A few years back they were way above other QBs but now i think Brees and Rodgers are a little more up there, but not over Tom and Peyton yet.
Brady is still the best. They guy brought the Patriots to the Superbowl with a defense that was made entirely out of Vince Wilfork.
How does Tom Brady follow up his MVP 2010 season? By tossing over 5,000 yards passing with 36 touchdowns and going to the super bowl. You tell me how he dropped 3 spots.

Yea Brees and Rodgers are the best now and it'll be like that for at least another 6 years but to me Brees is a little better

Manning we dont know about, I expect some dropoff for sure. Brady is not as good as he once was but he's still a top QB.
yeah Brady and Manning are established as HOF quarterbacks so now they'll focus on future HOF quaterbacks.
