All Disney Resorts have arcades. And if you're not too crazy about the people at the arcade at your hotel, hop on the monorail and go to the Contemporary resort, or the Polynesian Resort.

Also, the pool areas are probably the best place to meet people.

Just realize, there is so much to do at the theme parks, you won't be at your hotel all that often.

Grand Floridian is more of a grown up resort but there will be kids around everywhere because it is Disney World after all. If you go down to the pool you will have no problem meeting other people your age.

Most family's stay together when they go to Disney meaning, teens will probably be with their family's doing stuff. You can probably meet some in the arcade or at the pool, but I don't think you should expect to hang-out all the much.

I am sure if you are trying, you will meet people. Just be careful of going with anyone anywhere.
