I need some really good and challenging trombone solos, i cant find any good ones on the internet
Something about Grade 6-7 but an 8 would be challenging. Something well known like The Acrobat.

Rimsky-Korsakov's Concerto is nice. And I adore Sonata no. 1 in A (Galliard).... Also, Paul Hindemith wrote an excellent sonata for trombone, its quite modern though, and not to my own personal taste - you might like it though. Also, there are a number of arrangements of famous pieces for solo trombone, such as the dreaded flight of the bumblebees, and Rachmaninov's vocalise.

If you can't find anything you like there, you could also try searching for sonatas for bassoon or cello, and play those on the trombone.
