Try shampoos that are for humid areas. A great choice for smooth, shiny locks is 'Sleek' by Matrix

natural essences has a host of distinctive types of shampoo. they have got a frizz manipulate one. or they have got frizz-ease. its this spray or gell you purchase and installed while its rainy and while it drys it wont be frizzy:)

well pantene has a shampoo/conditioner called medium-thick for frizzy hair. try it out. you have to try out alot of shampoos to find one that works. :)
