Exams tomorrow, and i always need to poop in the morning, helpp?
K well, for the past 2 weeks i always end up pooping in the morning when i wake up, and it feels like everything is good but once i get to school half and hour through the first period class i always need to poop and become gasy because my stomach starts turning and twisting. I do go to the washroom but tomorrow i got exams and i wont be able to the washroom, is there anything i can do to stop it?

Im in grade 11 and through grade 9 and 10 i never pooped in to morning, so why all of a sudden

drink something warm before you go. a nice cup of warm tea will calm your insides. and DO NOT eat anything bad the night before either. by bad i mean like chocolate or anything deepfried.
It's very common, healthy and normal. People even call it "the morning sit-down". In general your digestive system will slow down overnight and gear up again when you start moving around and eating breakfast in the morning. You can try waking up about an hour early. By getting up early, you might get it all out in time for your exam. Good luck (on your exam, too)!
I don't know of a long term answer, but if you can't figure out this problem tonight, my only advice would be to get up early so the second time you have to go to the bathroom is while you're still home. Also, if you eat raisin bran or a bran muffin or something like that for breakfast then that could cause your sudden unfortunate urge. :P
