They are actually a risk group in Australia (another being people in institutions who don't get outside in the sun much, and people born with very dark skin) who they advise to have vitamin D checks.
I work all day in a factory, spend two minutes in daylight running to my car, and then spend the rest of the day inside doing housework. I'm just as much at risk as a woman who wears the hijab. It's just a matter of how much unprotected skin you expose to UV light. If a muslim woman goes outside regularly and at least her hands and face are exposed, she should be fine. For example, if she has her face uncovered and walks to the milkbar, chances are she's going to get all the vitamin D she needs.
If they do not get sufficient dietary requirements they can develop it. Vitamin D deficiency is very common particularly in the Western world and is most often not reported or investigated.
i think its called a BURKOIL or something but yes it does lead to them lacking vitamin d, thats why most of them you see have arched backs, im serious when you see them , take a look at their backs, its kinda arched.

Those "full kits" are worn only for going out of their homes...into wild, wolfish world.
Inside their sunny courtyards they wear as fashionable and stylish clothes as any of you!
So don't worry about them :)

Maybe.
It's a shame that.
Middle Eastern women are gorgeous.
It's called a burqa btw,
consisting of the robe: jilbāb,
the hood: ḥijāb,
and the veil: niqāb.
Point is, they shouldn't be forced to wear it if they don't want to
by roving bands of over-zealous male fanatics with switches.
Those are called the Mutaween btw..
