cs online的問題(mac)

我最近剛買macbook 可是我發現我玩cs時都會有一些問題像是沒辦法蹲下 噁且電腦會很頓 我是用parallel desktop 請問有沒有什麼辦法解決 還有 有沒有辦法從 parallels 換成 bookcamp 然後讓之前用parallels的資料都存在 謝謝
