My teacher gave us 120 problems from one week to another and I finally got to the 100's and I don't understand like 6 questions and I don't have time to ask or go to a tutor because its due tomorrow. Pleas someone help me I don't understand.
1- write the equations of the following lines.
A- through (5,7); slope m=0
B- through (4,0) with undefined slope
C- through (0,-3) and parallel to: 2x+3y=-12
2- what is the equation of the line that passes through (0,-1) with a slope m= 2/3 in slope intercept
Please help!!!!!

a) use the point-slope form y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 7 = 0(x - 5) --> y = 7
b) undefined slope implies that it is a vertical line, x = 4
c) find the slope of equation: 3y = -2x - 12 --> y = (-2/3)x - 4
the slope of this line is (-2/3) and the parallel line has the same slope
y + 3 = (-2/3)(x - 0) --> y = (-2/3)x - 3 --> (2/3)x + y = -3 --> 2x + 3y = -9
2)start with point slope and then solve for y:
y + 1 = (2/3)(x - 0) --> y = (2/3)x - 1
