Okay, right now I can't go to the hospital I don't have insurance at the time. But, I admit that I am out of shape and I have been through a lot of stress. I don't exercise. I am 19 years old and lately I have been having like neck pains, my head feels heavy to the point I can't think straight. I get tired easily like if i do something like running my arms and legs feel heavy my breathing is slow and hard and I feel like I am 80 years old and I went to the doctor in January but he said he doubt they're is something seriously wrong with my heart at the time. What should I do??

start with low-impact workouts like yoga and swimming. some light strength training is good too. just get some 2-pound weights, and do a few reps here and there throughout the day. after a while, instead of doing 5 reps 3 times a day, you'll be doing 25 reps at a time. once it feels ridiculously easy, move up to 5-pound weights.
and do some light cardio, like walking instead of running. or me personally, i ride a bike or play dance dance revolution. i play ddrmax2 for ps2, and i use the workout mode on it to count the calories i burn as i burn them.
Try gentle exercise, like walking, swimming, build up some strength. Eat a healthy diet plenty fruit and veg, its a start.
exercise for a week, and let out some sweat out.also meditate and listen to slow soothing music to relive your stress.try getting more sleep
